2. The inspection report excludes and does not intend to cover swimming pool, tennis court, playground equipment, or other recreational or leisure appliances. Kitchen appliances and laundry appliances are only reported as to their major function. Also excluded are all fixtures and cosmetic conditions such as wall papering and painting.

3. The inspection and report are furnished on an "opinion only" basis. This company assumes no responsibility for the cost of repairing or replacing any unreported defects or conditions.

THE INSPECTION AND REPORT ARE NEITHER INTENDED AS NOR TO BE CONSIDERED AS A GUARANTEE OR WARRANTY, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF THE MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR USE, REGARDING THE CONDITIONS OF THE PROPERTY, ITEMS AND SYSTEMS INSPECTION AND THEY SHOULD NOT BE RELIED ON AS SUCH.

5. This company assumes no liability and shall not be liable for any mistakes, omissions, or errors of judgment of its employees beyond the cost of the report. This limitation of liability shall include and apply to all consequential damages, bodily injury, and property damage of any nature.

6. The inspection and report are not intended to reflect the value of the premises, nor to make any representation as to the advisability or inadvisability of the purchase.

7. The inspection and report are based upon observation of the conditions that existed at the time of the inspection only.
