Home-In-Spection is a family-owned and -operated business. Based on sound business ethics, we perform each home inspection with the same care and concern as if it were for our own home. Also, we understand the trauma caused by a lousy product or inferior workmanship. Therefore, our company joined the Better Business Bureau because we want you, the consumer, to know our dedication to provide you with a first-rate home inspection. Home-In-Spection is fully insured and bonded, carrying liability and errors and omissions insurance.

We are known to our customers as H-I-S, an independent, non-biased, third party inspection company. Home-In-Spection has been professionally inspecting homes for 10 years -- the last eight of those years as a member of the American Society of Home Inspectors. Our company has a combined 35 years of comprehensive trade experience and has a licensed KY Master Electrician on staff.
